Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, permanent closure.
Under-21 Access Prohibited: If pak366 determines at any point that a Player is or was under 21 years of age at the time of registration, all winnings will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned where practicable, and the Account will be permanently closed. Any bonus funds will be voided in full.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pak366 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your pak366 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak366 Support immediately via live chat. pak366 will temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
All information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including falsified CNIC documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
All monetary transactions on the pak366 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak366 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank transfers. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time at pak366's discretion.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak366 Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take between a few minutes and two business hours depending on the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the pak366 cashier at the time of transaction. pak366 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests on pak366 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. pak366 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically received within minutes of processing; bank transfers may take one to two business days.
pak366 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state until all required documents are reviewed and approved.
Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unwagered bonus credits will result in the bonus funds being deducted from the withdrawal amount, with only the remaining Real Money Balance released for withdrawal.
Note: pak366 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank in connection with the transfer are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider and are outside pak366's control.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x) applied to the bonus amount received. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
Bonuses are available to Players who hold a single, fully verified pak366 Account and who have not previously self-excluded from the Platform. Players who hold multiple Accounts are not eligible for any bonus. pak366 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited, or amend the wagering requirement applicable to a bonus where it determines that the Player has exploited or abused the promotion.
Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk; placing bets on both sides of the same outcome to fulfil wagering requirements; and using automated software or scripts in connection with bonus play. pak366 reserves the right to confiscate all winnings and close Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.
All sports bets placed on pak366 — including cricket betting, PSL markets, and other sportsbook events — are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and any sport-specific rules published on the pak366 sportsbook pages.
A bet is only confirmed and accepted when pak366 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during technical disruptions, communication failures, or periods of system maintenance may be voided at pak366's discretion. pak366 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet placed by any Player without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
In the event that odds are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — pak366 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and to refund the original stake to the Player's Account. pak366 will not honour winnings generated from bets placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect at the time of acceptance.
In-play (live) betting markets on pak366 are offered subject to real-time data availability. Bets placed during a period of live data delay may be accepted at the odds displayed, but pak366 reserves the right to void any such bets where the delayed data resulted in odds that did not reflect the true state of play at the time the bet was placed.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on pak366. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. pak366 may apply individual Player-level stake restrictions where betting patterns suggest professional gambling, arbitrage activity, or exploitation of pricing errors.

pak366's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the Player's Real Money Balance held in their pak366 Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits pak366's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The pak366 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak366 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for losses arising from such occurrences.
pak366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pak366 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-Platform notification. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the pak366 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Pending withdrawals of verified Real Money Balances will be processed in accordance with these Terms as they stood at the time the withdrawal was requested.
